Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Supercar Album mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Conduct and Content
You are responsible for the content you post. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment and Bullying: You may not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Inappropriate Content: No graphic violence, sexually explicit material, or illegal activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
2. User-Submitted Photos & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting, posting, or displaying a photo of a vehicle through the App, you grant Supercar Album a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such photos within the App.
Model Car Photos:
You agree that Supercar Album may use your submitted photos as “Model Car Photos” within the App’s database
or gallery.
Notification:
The App may notify you if your photo is selected as a primary Model Car Photo.
Removal Requests:
Users may contact support to request removal of a photo from the Model Car Photo designation. Requests will be
reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Deletion Exception:
While account deletion removes personal data, photos incorporated into the App’s vehicle database may remain
in anonymised form unless a specific removal request is made and approved.
3. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your points, rank, and profile data will be permanently removed. As noted above, certain anonymised content may persist.
4. Data Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information and user-provided data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Supercar Album is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including interactions with other users or activities conducted while spotting vehicles in the real world.
You are solely responsible for your actions and must follow all applicable laws and safety guidelines.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
